Victoria Sanders and Jared Scanlon welcome you to New Orleans Snoball Café where you can enjoy the local Orleanians’ favorite year-round treat the snoball prepared Naked or Stuffed, stuffed with homemade style Ice Creams, fresh Gourmet popcorn in delicious flavors and blends, Café Du Monde hot or served over sno, hot chocolate, and Lagniappe!

A Little Bit About Vicki and Jared

Victoria  Sanders. Born in Metairie, Louisiana, 10 minutes to downtown New Orleans, was raised Roman Catholic Italian (and German), she attended Archbishop Chapelle High School, LSU, and the University of New Orleans.  While working many restaurants and cooking to get through college (HRT major), she then decided to build a career in the ballroom dance business.  After 20 years in this industry, Victoria decided to return to college and complete her Bachelor’s degree with UGA, Terry College of Business.  This is where she met her future business partner, Jared Scanlon and together they worked on a school project, “Create the Perfect Business!”  Victoria is also a Realtor with Keller Williams Metro Atlanta in Decatur.

Jared Scanlon. Born in Kankakee, Illinois and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia.  Freshly graduated from UGA, Terry College of Business, he decided to help run a family owned trucking company.  After five years in the industry he decided to join Vicki Sanders in June 2010 to put the school project “Create the Perfect Business” into reality.
